Guests may bring their own tent or choose to rent one on site. Available options include a cozy 2–4 person tent or a spacious 6-person wind- and waterproof tent, both designed for self-setup.

The property is gated and private, offering a secure and quiet environment. Amenities include filtered spring water at strong pressure, multiple 120-volt outlets, and a 240-volt Level 2 EV charging outlet with 50 amps. High-speed Starlink Wi-Fi is available throughout the site, allowing you to stay connected while enjoying the outdoors.
