In the residential neighborhood of Sunset Park, this 1,470-square-foot, three-bedroom house brings together warm interiors and a private outdoor setting. Exposed beams frame the spacious living and dining room, where a baby grand piano and gas fireplace lend the space its distinctive character. Gather around the table, settle in with a book, or step outside to the pool deck. A desk beside the living room window provides a welcoming place to work.

The kitchen offers generous space for cooking, with a breakfast nook for leisurely mornings. Three bedrooms, each with a queen bed, accommodate up to six guests. One bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink; the other has a combination bathtub/shower, toilet, and sink. An LG washer and LG dryer, along with one driveway parking space, make the home a comfortable base for a longer stay.

Outside, enjoy exclusive use of the pool, private patio, yard, and gas BBQ. The pool is unsecured, so close supervision is essential, particularly for children.

Cafes, restaurants, shops, and everyday essentials are within walking distance in Sunset Park. The beach is a short drive or a longer walk away, leaving you free to enjoy Santa Monica at your own pace.

This rental includes the main house only. A separate guesthouse on the property is excluded and may be occupied during your stay. No one else has access to your pool or private patio. The only shared access area is the walkway between the two structures.
