Your first access is from the alley in the back of the building.
There you will find three parking spots, each numbered 2-3-4.
Use the numbered parking spot assigned in your arrival email.

Around the Home


You are welcome to use our laundry room which is accessible from the garden walkway outside. Please be considerate and don't leave laundry blocking other guests' access.  Please clean up surfaces after use. The laundry door code is listed in your private arrival email.

House Rules & Helpful Details

Please keep the shared laundry room tidy. Do not leave laundry blocking other guests’ access, and clean surfaces after use. Your rental agreement contains the rules for your booking.

Checkout

Checkout is 11 AM, unless a late departure has been individually confirmed.

  • Sign out of Apple TV and any personal streaming accounts you used.
  • Turn off heating and air-conditioning, and leave the TV remote in a visible place.
  • Leave one key on the kitchen counter and return the second key to the lockbox specified in your private arrival email.
  • Please do not start laundry or strip the beds. Leave used towels in the bathroom.
  • Report any damage, stains, or maintenance needs. Pull the door shut firmly when leaving; no in-person checkout is required.

Late departure can result in additional-night charges, housekeeping idle-time fees, or costs related to displaced incoming guests.
